a Sport man, very fit: from the youth into sport, I did run 100m less than 10 secs., in to GYM (2 hours and very heavy weights, naturally - without any supplements and chemistry): An my usual GYM Legs Training (day) – Reverse on Hack Squat Machine with 300kgs – 6 series – 12 repeats, then on Leg Extension Machine 6 series – 6-8 repeats with 80 and 100kgs but just with one leg only. Then with same weight of 300kgs on Hack Squat Machine Calf Raises, etc.
and long jogging hill climb roads and stadium...
I don't smoke, don't use alcohol, don't use narcotics or other kind of medicaments and never did... never got or never have been sick of some venereal diseases, totally healthful!
A handsome man, catch the eye(s) (sign) of attractive - hot girls and women... also from a side of hot and other teenage girls in a number of... also in "Hercules" GYM... a desirable and needful man in the town... how much I'll can resit to remain single and non married (non get marry)!?
