so if the other person doesnt respond because they are asleep,drunk or on sleeping pills is ok I think not, with out a verbal yes and a no answer is not consentual it's rape

to those saying its rape, it is not if its consentual. Prior to the man/woman going to sleep they can say that they want you to play with them while they are not conscious. Sleep-play is a very real thing and is not rape if consentual.

even if its consensual as some keep calling it, in a court of law it is Rape either way you look at it, the person who would take advantage of a person not coherent is a rapist and should therefore suffer the consequences, that's all I am saying on this matter!
