I do a 3 mile meditative run 4 days a week and do weightlifting and stretching the other 3 days. I am now doing the 2-handed overhead 40lb dumbbell swing 86 times non-stop, I also take vitamin-mineral supplements, eat 6 merals a day, get enough protein, and eat no junk food. My profile picture was taken 1/9/13 and I am 61 years old.

I also do a lot of relaxing meditation and take naps.

drink 2 ltrs of water a day and your body will love you

I did do the 2-handed overhead 40lb dumbell swing 88 time non-stop today. Hopefully this is helping to look good and fit!

2 pints, and a dozen chicken wings once a week.
An then a few more pints.....

I did another 3 mile meditative run. I have to keep up a routine. It is harder to keep looking really good at my age. lol

I eat mostly rice and oatmeal ,cooked green, whey protein, with a little soy oil and some salt. I can replace some of the rice or oatmeal with fruit and eat other vegetables.

I eat the right food, plenty of exercise. If I couldn't cycle to work, I would walk.
