I have a very private house which sits behind the garage facing the strength, and I have concrete block walls on all of four property lines except for the drive which goes between two properties.
In short very quiet and I can step out in the front in the morning to do my nude yoga without being seen. I was erratic with my exercises when I started doing them first thing in the morning no matter what. Since last July, I have lost 12 pounds. Great exercise and doing them naked is a lot of fun, but healthy
