Not in Wisconsin. It starts in Dec. And a couple years ago was by far worse. We had a week straight with -20 to-30 degrees then add the wind chill to that and its by far colder this year is easy. We had sno and cold its just been a weird winter

We are not having a winter this year. I've had the heat on less than 10 days this so called winter.
