Clothes off, but I have a new yoga exercise now. I lie down on the bed and slide my upper half so that I am doing a head stand with the bed supporting my body up in the air. I then put legs straight up together and practice stretching them sideways the way women do in yoga on their heads. I do this seven time and then I put the legs together and do the split both forward with one leg and the other one back and I do that 20 time times. I then practice putting both my legs as forward as possible over my head 20 times and then I bend my legs at the lend and open them wide 20 times. Today I used my camera to record a video and it was an exciting video to record and see my naked body parts in various positions as well as my balls, and dick hanging, and my butt cheeks when I put my legs over my head. Makes feel horny and exposed and I am getting some great exercise. I have lost 5 pounds in the last month doing this
