I do a 3 mile meditative run 4 days a week and do weightlifting and stretching the other 3 days. I am now doing the 2-handed overhead 40lb dumbbell swing 86 times non-stop, I also take vitamin-mineral supplements, eat 6 merals a day, get enough protein, and eat no junk food. My profile picture was taken 1/9/13 and I am 61 years old.
