Hi, this is a "loaded" question... no pun intended. :P
I have stroked off as many as four times in one day, but I more often then not go for a while now without. I think I have gotten to a place where simply cumming by myself is not satisfying enough for me, so I look for ways of sharing that with others either online or of course in person, which usually means sex, not just masturbating.
I have this internal debate that goes on like "save it for when you have someone to share it with" or something like that.
