It's come to my attention that most of America is equal rights topless for men and women. Unfortunately these rights are limited to unfair stipulations that result in women having to bare a forced modesty upon themselves and decline their own right to bare chest upon their own discretion within their own city state and county. This group wasn't created to discuss sexually oriented topic. This group was created to discuss the public topless and nudity stipulations in your area's and how fair they truly are. In the future, I plan on helping topless organizations take a stand for women's 100% stipulation free topless equality.
