Seeking a genuine modern gentleman with traditional values. A man who doesn't hold back from being himself from day one. I like to be pursued, and will only reciprocate when I'm equally interested in a man. I don't play games; therefore, hard to get is NOT my style. My heart is open to love, so when I do meet someone who is right for me, I am hoping to find that he is as emotionally available as I am. I am straight forward, genuinely sweet, caring, loyal and respectful, and am looking for those qualities in a man as well. Finding someone who is outgoing would definitely be a plus, since I tend to be a little more quiet around new people. Humor is always a wonderful ice breaker. Generally I open up more as I get to know someone better.

Getting to know someone should take time. I want to really get to know someone, see where things lead. Over time determine whether we as individuals share the same values and desires when it comes to the important things in life and within a relationship. When the time is right, and I meet the right person, I want to get married and have a family.

I like a take charge kind of man, and if he can still somehow manage to shower me with well deserved compliments, well... that's a plus, too. I appreciate a man who's week isn't so full that we have trouble finding time to spend together. Someone who isn't afraid to share what's on his mind and will give his opinion, and expects the same of me. He is romantic, affectionate and takes pride in surprising me in different ways from time to time.

I need a man who looks forward to being a part of my life, and wants me to be a part of his life. Someone who shares a respect for our individual time, as well as our together time. A man who will fight for me, with me and because of me, as I look forward to doing the same for him. One who can manage being both a receiver and a giver. Also who is a great combination of serious, witty and sarcastic, but grounded enough to know when responsibilities need to come first.

Over time you will find that I can be a little stubborn. I would really like to find someone who either shares, or who will simply respect, that irresistible flaw, and will call me out on it when it's called for, without being cruel or demeaning. I need someone who is there for the long haul, through the relationship ups and downs. Someone who's playfully young at heart, yet knows when to be serious. A man who will talk things through with me, when a problem arises. NOT someone who's argumentative and hurtful. I don't have to be right, merely respectfully heard.
