i think i'm ok with what i have right now, so i think i'd say no

I think it is a shame for any women to cut her self open like that. mean no women dont need to be picture perfect seeing how most men have alot of defaults there selfs no reason for them trying to impress the ladys by being fake.

then why the need to feel to look different then the why a person naturally is other then a lame sense too imutalate there self just to give off a better impression if not feeling some shame that they cant sexually attract someone without all that nonsense.

Cardinal have you or do you know someone who has had breast cancer? and had to have eiher a single or double mastectomy? some of these women have breast implants so people dont ask the why question and it also helps their self esteem when its at it's lowest

Alright..and I was'nt puting anyone down its there buisness what they do to there body but if they took it ofensive then it is a shame.

My wife had tiny boobs and we got en re done... Go under the muscle if you do it and do the incision through the arm pit. They do it like that and if the doc says he can't then pic a diff one Cause that is the best way and they will look and feel natuaral... You may lose some sensitivity in the nipples but overall if I can grab em and squeeze em, that's real enough for me... Good luck

There seems to be a lot of men who are only considering their pleasure and their needs....of course natural is the ideal but what about women who feel rejected because of the look or size of their breasts and what about women who go through breast cancer and implants may be required.
I have a lady friend who went through breast cancer and needed breast implants and she looks fabulous!
