I keep myself fit and love doing sports. I am currently training for my 2nd Dan in Wado Ryu Karate. I have run my own club very successfully, but since separating and moving away I decided to close it down. Once I settle down again I would like to open up another class as I enjoy teaching and seeing people gain the confidence and discipline from karate. It would be nice too open up a whole string of clubs until there's a club on every corner of my version of karate called Cobra Kai(kidding!- that's from karate kid), something like Bloom martial arts, haven't worked it out yet! I try to think within the realms of mind, body and spirit (yin and yang)!
