In the start people went to get well then did return home then the evil came and the well went poison the sick were stranded and the people from all over flocked to the poison well to clog it up as to not continue to leach to their home country was the US the nation or it's neighbor where the well was one could not say or the poison would choke them with pills and tap them with evil from 911 fear calls.
