Ideal lady:

A woman who knows what she wants, and isn't afraid to make the first move.
Intelligent.
Possesses strength, with tenderness.
Has empathy for others feelings and their pain.
Enjoys laughter, smiling, and fun.
Cherishes romance.
Craves the touch of that special person.
Must understand that none of us are perfect.

A lady who is self confident and does not judge by the things you have, but by what you have inside.
She needs to understand that I play no games, I don't lie, and I'm diplomatic most of the time, but blunt when required.

Turn offs:

Stupidity.
Child abuse and neglect.
People who don't understand that fighting doesn't fix it all the time.
People who play games, and are two-faced.

About Me:

I have very deeply held beliefs that I try my best not to violate. These beliefs include God, although I could always be more active in church. I believe in the scripture, but am doubtful of man's interpretation. I want to hear it straight from the source.

I have a deep heart, even though I have to put up walls to protect myself sometimes. It is not unusual for me to tear up when watching a moving movie, hear a touching song, or imagine how somebody who is hurting must be feeling.

Classic rock gets my blood flowing, but country touches my heart. I also like some other forms, but only for limited periods of time.

I love Broadway style shows, within reason. Never been to an Opera, if I did go to one it would have to be an English version. I don't think I could sit through something I did not understand.

Sadly, about the only thing I can do on the dance floor is slow dance. But if a lady likes to dance, has a little patience, and an encouraging attitude, I'm willing to try to get it. It appears, to me, that I have two left feet and no sense of rhythm. But, I can try if nothing else.

I'm more comfortable in one-on-one situations. I like romance, and try to always make those woman around me feel special, secure, and respected for who they are.

I'm also like to live by believing in the power of Karma, so I do a good deed every day for no reason. My best friend says my song should be "You Find Out Who Your Friends Are" by Tracey Lawrence and Tim McGraw. I consider it a major compliment, and am touched by her faith in me. I just remember when I was at my lowest point in life, and there was no one to help me stand back up. I don't want anyone else to ever feel that feeling. So I do what I can, when I can.
