I'm assuming that you're checking me out because I visited your page and you were curious, or you found my profile pic intriguing. Anyway, potential significant other, I have fallen under the impression we would make great offspring together. I would enjoy engaging in the mundane & boring courtship ritual in which I must destroy half my paycheck on dinner and a movie with you while awkwardly building rapport in hopes of getting a kiss on the cheek at the end of the night. In the event that you have constructed enough trust, comfort, and connection with me, perhaps we can get married, buy a two story house with a white picket fence, have 2.5 children, and a pet hamster. And after 10 years I will cheat on you with a young blonde coke whore and you will take half my crap.

My hobbies tend to lend themselves to being active and outdoors as much as possible. You can usually find me riding my bike through downtown and the missions during the weekend. Lazing about tubing enjoying Lone Star is always a welcome weekend getaway. I love hitting the St. Marys strip to see live music and enjoy craft beer. Thus, I love going to hole in the wall bars and checking out local bands. I'm very easy to please and prefer the simple things in life to extravagance. Checking out the local music and art scenes is something I always look forward to. Especially pub run and First Friday. Music is an integral part of my life and playing the drums is a strong passion and I play as often as possible.

Right now, Working as an EMT for Bexar county to gain trauma experience (it's humbling and a thankless job). I also volunteer at university hospital in the trauma center. Working on getting everything in order to apply for nurse practitioner school.

If I had to choose a specific genre of music, I would say stoner/desert rock have a hold on my heart (Graveyard is my favorite). My favorite books are the ones that tend to challenge you and have a degree of deep introspection. (Chuck Palanhiuk is a wonderful writer.) I would say that my favorite modern day philosophers/comedians are George Carlin, Bill Hicks, and Henry Rollins.

I'm an open book and don't believe anything is off limits. Nor are there any inappropriate questions. I prefer deep conversations than superficial, inane small talk. It would be nice to meet someone who can sit me down, shut me up, and teach me five things I dont know. So, feel free to ask me anything. I have a crass and dark sense of humour (it comes with the job). I love satire and the numerous ways in which life can be ironic. So, feel free to send me a dark or politically incorrect joke to grab my attention.

If you like what you read and see, then let's meet up (The life and death nature of my job has forced me to develop a direct approach to people). A few people seem to perceive my laid back approach and goofy sense of humour as possibly indicating an inability to be serious. I assure you I can be attentive and serious when necessary. However, I tend to go with the flow and try to maintain a mellow disposition. I live life with the thought that taking it seriously is superfluous as we're all going to die. So, why sweat the small stuff? So many people waste time fretting over inconsequential and immaterial matters. If people would let go of ego, I believe they would find a greater sense of inner peace.
