I did a marketing degree at Uni. Even before that, I spent four years in HM Royal Navy.
I love movies and read all types of books and got into cycling two years ago doing a sponsored 100-mile ride for help for heroes.
I'm telling you that not to show off. It says a lot about the real me. I signed up and never really thought about it. Then, 2 months before the start I had to buy a proper racing bike and do some training. Then I went along by myself and rode the course, got my medals and certificate and only realised what I'd done when I got up for work the next day.
