I do not mean to sound harsh, but I'm REALLY tired of people trying to scam me. Ladies, I'm here for a relationship, hopefully physical, but definitely one which includes honesty and a certain amount of affection and lovingkindness. I recognize scammers fairly quickly, and I will NEVER give you money. Ask for money or valuable items because of some difficulty you are having suddenly, yada, yada, and I will block you immediately and report you as a scammer. If we begin a stable relationship, that may involve sharing of living quarters or some similar arrangement, then money obviously needs to be discussed. But I am very tired of having people try to treat me as a fool who will send money to someone I have never met for ANY reason on a site like this one! That being said, this is who I am presenting myself as: You're familiar with the ancient Greeks. Well, I'm sort of an ancient "Geek". I have two undergraduate degrees (Psychology and Education) and a Masters degree (MH) from the University of Richmond, graduated Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kapa, and graduated fifth in the class of 1976. But there are a lot of things about which I am dumb as a rock. I taught 7th grade for 30 years, retiring in 2007. I have a published book (Me 'n McKee 'n Mama) on Amazon about the lives of 7 children raised in a home where substance abuse is prevalent (alcohol and paregoric). I was in the Army from 1962-1971, repairing HAWK missile control systems and radars, and they sent me all over the world, except (praise the Lord) Vietnam, because they had no HAWKS there, and I had a Top Secret clearance to work on the equipment. Anyway, my wife of 43 years died in 2010. I remarried an Australian girl in 2011. She has decided to go back to her second ex- husband, ex-con, motorcycle gang member in Australia. Geeks are NOT as exciting as motorcycle gang members, apparently. I directed church choirs from 1987 until 2012 in the Richmond area. I do a lot of singing in church. I love joking, making up puns, and people in general, except those who wish to act "uppity" and so forth toward others whom they consider somehow lower in class, intelligence, or whatever to their sainted selves. LOL! Any way, I'm high mileage, but experienced, Kind, and empathic as well as sympathetic. I actually listen to what women say to me! I think you ladies are God's most beautiful creations and usually have a lot more common sense than I often exhibit. Get in touch if you think you can deal with awful puns and a little silliness as well as deeply thoughtful conversations. I may not have common sense sometimes, but I am usually very logical, and, as you can see, able to laugh at myself.
