Go where ?

Don't worry about it the regulars know your having a problem - and who gives a fuck anyway - Everyone can see its not repetitive posting - I know its annoying to you but this is how it stopped for me but every now and again it happens on my wall then i do this and it seems to help me.

For Internet Explorer

1) Launch Internet Explorer.
2) Click the "Tools" menu and select "Internet Options."
3) Select the "General" tab and click "Delete" under Browsing History.
4) Check the boxes next to "Temporary Internet Files," "Cookies" and "History," and click the "Delete" button.
5) OK."

Mozilla Firefox

1) Launch Mozilla Firefox.
2) Select the "Firefox" menu, choose "Options" and choose "Options" again from the menu that slides out.
3) Click the "Privacy" tab and choose "Settings."
4) Check all the boxes under the History section and click "OK."
5) Choose the "I Close Firefox" option in the Keep Until drop-down menu.
6) Click "OK" and Close Firefox.

I also run this program i downloaded off the net called a CCleaner it has a big red C and a orange and blue paint brush as the icon

I hope this can help you bully xx

I always look through the menu to find these words Internet history, cookies or cache. Clear all of these. Delete temporary Internet files as well.

I downloaded Optimize3 from PCPitstop.com.....Works really well cleaning up all of those files, unwanted start-up programs, fine tuning computer, and internet setting "tweeks" for faster speed. About 29 dollars (US)/year.
