I did 2 mile meditative run, then 1/2 mile more vigorous meditative run, and then a 3/4 mile meditative walk!

I did weightlifting, stretching, and 3/4 mile meditative walk. I did 40 2-handed overhead 40lb dumbbell swings followed by 20lbs dumbbell swings until exhausted. This will be my new routine still very hard, but without as much lactic acid buildup.
