This morning did my dumbbell swing(called Barbarian swings) exercise routine! I am doing these every day again for 10 nonstop minutes(one less minute due to more intensity), so as to help me maintain an extremely high spiritual/physical fitness level required to bring better spiritual beliefs to this world! Extremely hard to do physically(torturous) and spiritually!! I ate around 2:30 AM&started my exercise routine around 4:30AM.

Try spending 8 hours a day shearing sheep, that keeps ya fit

The fittest people focus more on intensity of their workout than on the duration. Working hard all day will provide some fitness, but one has to do really intense workout that are not overly long in order to get really fit. Also it helps to have enough recovery time between workouts. But, one can stay pretty fit when ones work demands quite a bit of strenuous activity. My extreme spiritual focus requires me to really push my limits physically and spiritually. I need to focus on intensity, so I can handle the stress on the body that really intense spiritual challenges create. I know about shearing sheep, since I took care of sheep when growing up! I know it is hard work!

Did another very hard "barbarian" dumbbell swing routine including 10 nonstop minutes of these overhead, behind neck and between legs dumbbell swings!

I train really hard every day, since it takes really hard intense work in order to be really fit physically and spiritually especially at age 64! I focus on intense cardio with an upper body focus, and do a lot of intense meditative walking.

It is so important to take good care of yourself especially when you get older. Diet and exercise is important.
